While it is God’s grace that affects true and lasting change, we are nevertheless responsible for developing virtue (habitual good) and using the gifts of our intellect and free will to cooperate with His grace.

Through Catholic Hope Coaching, you will gain new insights based on the Catholic understanding of the human person . You will develop functional plans to put those insights into practice to improve your relationships with yourself, others and God.
